Mr. D. came to St. Joseph ’s Clinic with multiple complaints/symptoms but did not know what was wrong.  He was given an appointment to be examined by the volunteer physician.  After his exam, he was given orders for laboratory testing with instructions to report to the laboratory at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for testing which he did immediately after being seen at the clinic.  The results of the testing revealed that Mr. D. had Hepatitis
