IMPACT STRATEGIES AND RESULTS VOLUNTEERS
make the tough choices regarding where United Way dollars
are spent in our community. From youth and elderly issues
to homelessness and health care, these volunteers scrutinize
agency budgets and programs, collectively donating more than 1,500
hours annually to ensure that donor dollars are making an impact in
our community.

INVESTOR RELATIONS VOLUNTEERS develop,
maintain and grow relationships with individuals and organizations
in order to attract and sustain resources to support United
Way’s impact mission.
MARKETING COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS help increase community support and commitment to United Way through integrated marketing communications strategies.
OPERATIONS COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS continually monitor, review and update the financial, human
resources, and operating practices in order to keep our local
United Way accountable and efficient.
OFFICE VOLUNTEERS keep
the wheels of United Way turning. These are the tireless individuals
who coordinate multiple mass mailings, answer phones, copy,
staple, fold, address envelopes, and perform countless other
tasks that are essential to the day-to-day operations of United
Way.
EMPLOYEE CAMPAIGN COORDINATORS organize and implement their organization's internal employee fund-raising campaign at their workplace.
